S...O... H...O...T...

It's moments like these that make me long for the cool, humidity-free land of my youth. We have been dancing around 100 degrees over the last couple of days. To make my usual suffering of no A/C at home even more intense, the A/C went out at the office, too. Needless to say, I have been feeling a bit grumpy lately.

Well, last weekend was my birthday which was a wonderful time all around. I spent Friday with Peter for dinner. Saturday was spent with some serious gaming. I got possession of the office PlayStation Portable. On top of that, Peter got me a very fancy present, which required him to break it in with a little bit of gaming himself. Then on Sunday, I met up with a bunch of friends for some dinner and pool. That was a lot of fun! Kudos to Angela for arranging the festivities! Other presents include houssehold accessories that worship my kitties, beautiful John Haber original earrings, note cards and flowers. Thanks to everyone.

Peter and I met up with Tim and Angela earlier in the week for some swing dancing. I think Peter has still not forgiven me for that. But, I believe that he could be a fabulous dancer if he put his mind to it.

Not much on my horizon right now. Main goal is to stay cool. Wish me luck!
